Warehouse Supervisor – PM shift Monday – Friday 1pm – 10pm (40 hours) GBP29,000 – GBP30,000 per annum Permanent role Vanta Staffing High Wycombe are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to work for our local well established, nationwide client. You will have proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor and be competent in the use of Warehouse Management Systems. The role reports into the Warehouse Management team, supervises and oversees the entire operations. The main responsibilities of the Warehouse Supervisor are: · Ensure Goods are receipted in a timely fashion and in accordance with internal best practice. · Ensure all operations are conducted in line with standard operating procedures (SOPs). · Maintain stock accuracy in line with the internal KPIs. · Ensure a high standard of housekeeping and organisation. · Identify and implement process improvements, efficiencies and optimisations. · Ensure compliance with all site HSEQ rules and regulations. · Conduct Return to Work meetings with direct reports as required and support the Management team with monthly 1-2-1 check ins. · Encourage and motivate all direct reports to maximise engagement and productivity. · Drive productivity by meeting KPIs. · Maintain close communication with the Warehouse Management team and provide regular reports and operational updates. · Deliver unrivalled customer service levels ensuring all issues are investigated…
