Vanta Staffing are looking for a fully experienced Vehicle Prepper to join a growing bodyshop specialist in the Maidenhead area.

The Role
- Prepare vehicles for painting to a high standard.
- Carry out sanding, filling, masking and surface preparation.
- Identify imperfections and ensure surfaces are ready for a high-quality finish.
- Apply primers and complete all necessary preparation work.
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently within allocated timescales.
- Maintain excellent standards of workmanship and attention to detail.
- Work closely with panel beaters and paint technicians to ensure a smooth repair process.
- Follow health and safety procedures and maintain a clean, organised workspace.

Working Hours
Monday to Friday, with workshop hours of 7:30 am-5:00 pm. Some flexibility on start and finish times, with Saturdays if required.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Prepper within an automotive bodyshop.
- Excellent knowledge of vehicle preparation techniques, including sanding, filling, masking and priming.
- A keen eye for detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining excellent standards.
- A reliable, conscientious and professional attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
