An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Warehouse Night Shift Supervisor to join a busy and growing freight and logistics operation. This is a hands-on supervisory role responsible for overseeing warehouse activities throughout the night, ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining high service standards, and supporting the smooth transition into the day shift. Previous experience within the air cargo, freight forwarding, transport, or logistics sector would be highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for night operations staff and coordinate the nightly operational plan.
  • Supervise and support warehouse operatives and drivers throughout the shift.
  • Oversee the loading and unloading of company vehicles, trailers, and cargo.
  • Ensure all cargo is handled safely and efficiently.
  • Build and break down aircraft pallets where required.
