Building & Grounds Maintenance Technician/ Handyman
Location: Marlow, Buckinghamshire
Salary: £30,000-£35,000 per annum, depending on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Vanta Staffing are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced and proactive Building & Grounds Maintenance Technician to join their team in Marlow.
This is a varied, hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys practical problem-solving, takes pride in their work and is confident working across both buildings and external grounds.
The successful candidate will take day-to-day responsibility for the general maintenance, upkeep and presentation of the site. You will be involved in everything from minor repairs and planned maintenance through to grounds upkeep, contractor support and responding to reactive maintenance issues.
The Role
As a Building & Grounds Maintenance Technician, your responsibilities will include:

Carrying out general building maintenance and minor repairs.

Undertaking minor plumbing, carpentry, joinery, painting and decorating tasks where competent.

Repairing and replacing basic fixtures, fittings, handles, locks, shelving and furniture.

Investigating straightforward building faults and resolving or escalating as appropriate.
