Hygiene Supervisor – herbs & salads distributor Southall Circa £35k + amazing benefits Sunday to Friday (5 day rota, weekends are 1 in 4), Day shifts, 7am – 3:30pm The nation’s leading grower & distributor of herbs and salads are growing and are looking for a keen eyed, professional Hygiene Manager to ensure their sites meet the companies high standards. As a Hygiene Manager you will manage the team responsible for cleaning & maintaining the building including all high & low care areas, production machines and conveyor belts. The successful Hygiene Supervisor duties will involve: Work on hygiene performance, cleaning improvements to ensure environmental micro testing results are within specification. Train and coach hygiene team on hygiene tasks Achieve all KPIs and annual goals set, including objectives Work closely with the Technical Team ensuring all KPI and customer service levels are maintained Audit paperwork systems, ensuring they adhere to customer requirements and prepare for hygiene audits by customers.
