Vanta Staffing are recruiting for Production Operatives to join a busy manufacturing facility in High Wycombe. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on work, have a good eye for detail and are looking for a long-term opportunity with a growing employer.
The Role:
- Preparing materials for production
- Measuring and cutting components
- Handling metal profiles and frames
- Moving products safely around the production area
- Carrying out quality inspections
- Following production instructions and procedures
- Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and safety
Physical Requirements:
- Regular lifting of products weighing up to 25kg
- Some items may require team lifts due to their size and length
- Standing and working at a workstation for extended periods
- Manual handling throughout the shift
- Fast-paced and physically active role
Candidates must be physically fit and comfortable carrying out manual duties throughout the working day.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous manufacturing, production or warehouse experience preferred

Shift Patterns Available:
- Morning Shift: 06:00 – 14:30

- Safety boots are required
