The Role:
- Assembling products using hand and power tools
- Following assembly instructions and production specifications
- Working from production paperwork
- Carrying out quality checks throughout the manufacturing process
- Reporting any defects or issues immediately
- Working as part of a busy production team
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Physical Requirements:
- Regular lifting and moving of products weighing up to 25kg
- Some products are long and awkward, requiring careful handling and occasional team lifts
- Standing at a workstation for up to 4 hours at a time
- Frequent bending, lifting and manual handling duties
- Working within a busy manufacturing environment
Candidates must be physically fit and capable of carrying out manual handling duties safely throughout their shift.
