Vanta Staffing are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our very busy Industrial recruitment desk in Maidenhead. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role focused on candidate management, filling bookings, and delivering a high level of service to existing clients.
You’ll be on the phone all day—speaking with candidates, managing availability, filling shifts, and keeping things moving when priorities change. This role suits someone who enjoys a busy, reactive desk and thrives in a high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for Industrial roles (warehouse, production, pick/pack, hygiene, FLT, etc.)
- High-volume CV screening, interviewing, and shortlisting
- Proactively sourcing candidates via job boards, databases, referrals, and social media
- Filling daily and weekly bookings—confirming availability and getting workers to site
- Speaking with candidates constantly: interviews, shift bookings, attendance checks, and ongoing engagement
- Coordinating start dates, shift details, inductions, and last-minute cover
- Building and maintaining strong relationships
