Vanta Staffing Slough are working alongside a great client who is looking for a Picker and Packer to help support their business. This business has a great working environment and is a great challenge for anyone who wishes to gain experience or enhance the experience they have.
The successful candidate must have the following:
- Previous experience picking and packing – understanding that speed and accuracy is key.
- Previous experience using a scanner – Desirable, however not essential as training is provided.
- Correct Right to Work in the UK.
- Must have their own PPE (Hi Vis + safety boots).
More details of the role:
- Picking orders from a scanner ensuring you have the right item.
- Packing the orders ready to be shipped, ensuring all items are inside.
- General warehouse duties including: cleaning, tidying and stocking up on supplies.
- Pallet building – stacking boxes correctly to ensure they do not hurt any staff members.
- Pay rate: £12.21 P/H.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday (Maybe asked to work weekends as well if needed), 08:00 – 17:00 OR 09:00 – 18:00.
- This is a temporary position so will not be able to advise if this is an ongoing role.
