Vanta Staffing are recruiting for a Class 1 Driver to work for our client based in the Reading area. This will involve trunking work, a perfect role for drivers who want consistent work with a prestigious company.
Requirements of a Class 1 Driver:
- Minimum 18 months HGV driving (Cat C+E) recent experience.
- Be able to complete 2-3 runs – Day work / Trunking work – Nights.
- Have a valid CPC and digi tacho.
- No more than 6 points (No DR or IN).
Details:
- Salary: £18 ph – Days / £19 ph – Nights.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday (05:00 am start) or (17:00 start).
- Location: Reading.
- Duration: Temp Ongoing work.
Role of a Class 1 Driver:
- Complete trunking runs; trailer swapping will be involved - Nights.
- Collections and delivery work (2-3 runs) – Days.
