Duties of the successful Growing Manager will involve:

Manage production of baby leaf, wholehead & herb crops

Liaise with relevant stakeholders, UK Senior team & farm managers to agree and plan production for the coming seasons

Secure seeds checking quality & timeframes align with production pans

Liaise with farm managers & HR to ensure correct resource and staffing needs

Challenge current production plans and identify areas for improvement
