Vanta Staffing High Wycombe are looking for a Finance Administrative Assistant to work remotely for a great corporate travel company. This is a busy role that will be focused on client satisfaction.

Duties of the Finance Administrative Assistant:
- Overseeing and managing the shared Finance mailbox
- Handling support queries including refunds
- Maintaining the accounting system and running reports
- Perform credit card reconciliations
- Raising client invoices and credit notes
- Monitoring outstanding client balances and following up on overdue payments, issues or delays
- Conducting daily ticket reconciliations to ensure all invoices are accurate
- Logging invoices
- Assisting with any general admin tasks
