The Role As Transport Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day transport operation, supporting drivers and ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the shift. Key responsibilities include: Supervising and managing a team of drivers Coordinating daily transport operations Managing driver schedules and workloads Monitoring driver performance and attendance Ensuring all transport activities are carried out safely and compliantly Dealing with operational issues, delays and breakdowns Liaising with drivers and internal teams throughout the shift Ensuring company procedures and legal requirements are followed
