Labourer / Van Driver – Outdoor Work
Location: Burnham / London
Pay: £14.70 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, approximately 5:00am–3:00pm
Hours: Approximately 50 hours per week
Contract: Temporary ongoing
Vanta Staffing is recruiting Labourer / Van Drivers for a physically demanding outdoor role working from Burnham and travelling to sites across London.
This is not simply a driving position. You will work as part of a two-person crew carrying out practical, physical work at various locations.
The Role
Duties will include:
- Travelling to sites across London
- Working as part of a two-person crew
- Loading and unloading the vehicle
- Handling and positioning hanging baskets
- Using ladders safely
- Working at height
- Carrying equipment and materials
- General labouring and manual duties
- Driving company vehicles when required
Essential Requirements
You must:
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Be physically fit and capable of demanding manual work
- Be comfortable using ladders
- Be confident working at height
- Be happy working outdoors
- Be comfortable with 5:00am starts
- Be reliable and punctual
- Be presentable when attending customer locations
- Be comfortable travelling and working throughout London
Due to the 5:00am start, please ensure you can reliably travel to Burnham before applying.
