As a Recruiting Coordinator at Vanta, you’ll be a key partner in ensuring smooth, well-run hiring processes during an exciting period of growth. You’ll own interview scheduling, elevate candidate experience, and contribute to projects that strengthen how our recruiting team operates. This is a remote contract role through the end of January 2026.

What you’ll do as a Recruiting Coordinator at Vanta:

  • Manage interview scheduling and coordination across time zones, recruiters, and hiring managers with speed, accuracy, and empathy.
  • Create a best-in-class candidate experience, from first touch through offer, ensuring candidates feel valued and supported.
  • Own operational tasks like posting jobs, configuring interview plans, auditing data, and pulling reports, all in close partnership with your recruiters to drive efficient, accurate hiring.
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to document, improve, and project-manage updates to interview and hiring processes.
  • Proactively identify and solve scheduling or process challenges, suggesting improvements that make coordination smoother and more scalable.
  • Support recruiting projects and initiatives that improve efficiency, data accuracy, and operational excellence.
