VF Corporation is looking for a Sr. Manager of Culture Innovation – EMEA to join our Global Culture Innovation Team based in London. As the Sr. Manager, you will shape and execute the culture innovation vision across our portfolio of brands in the region.
Responsibilities
- Portfolio Strategy & Annual Planning: lead the annual and seasonal culture innovation planning cycle for EMEA, partnering with brand and regional marketing leads to set priorities, create a rolling 12–18 month roadmap, identify cultural white spaces, translate into pilots, and scale successful concepts.
- Space Management & Programming: own day‑to‑day and strategic management of the VF London office, ensuring it operates as a community‑first platform for cultural innovation; develop an annual/seasonal programming calendar of events, workshops, exhibitions, brand moments, community sessions, and creator residencies.
- Measurement Framework & Business Impact: define an EMEA measurement approach for culture innovation, setting clear success definitions for initiatives (cultural resonance, consumer engagement, community growth, earned impact, brand desire proxies).
- Budget, Vendor & Resource Management: plan, forecast, and steward the regional budget, managing agency and vendor resources.
- Global Alignment & Liaison: serve as the primary EMEA liaison to the Global Culture Innovation team, ensuring regional plans align with enterprise priorities, providing market intelligence, and coordinating cross‑region collaboration opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in cultural or energy marketing within fashion, art, music, or subcultural communities.
- Deep familiarity with London’s cultural scene and the ability to engage other European cultural capitals.
- Experience in the apparel, fashion, or sporting goods industry, especially in product, marketing, innovation, communications, or merchandising.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships across communities and internally with brand leaders and product/marketing teams.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset, strategic thinking, and hands‑on execution capability.
