Permanent, full time position with start ASAP. Location: London, United Kingdom. Travel: Primarily field based with use of our London showroom. Package: £30,000 - £40,000 + Bonus + company car + benefits.
Responsibilities
- Develop sustainable and profitable sales of the Eastpak brand through effective management of an assigned portfolio of customers.
- Plan and execute business activities to deliver against sales, distribution, and segmentation targets.
- Identify, open, and develop new accounts while ensuring optimal territory management and distribution aligned with brand strategy.
- Visit existing customers at least once per season and conduct pre‑book selling meetings from the London showroom to build long‑term partnerships.
- Deliver compelling and professional product presentations to the account base, grounded in a strong understanding of the Eastpak Go‑To‑Market strategy.
- Run seasonal staff training sessions (formal and informal) to ensure partner teams are knowledgeable, engaged, and motivated to sell the brand.
- Ensure strong in‑store visibility and premium product presentation, in line with brand guidelines, using appropriate signage and POS materials.
- Collaborate closely with the channel marketing partner to support the development and execution of impactful trade marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and analyse weekly sell‑through data to support order management, drive in‑season reorders, and optimise future range planning.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience with a proven track record (preferably within luggage or accessories).
- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in building good relationships with high levels of communication.
- Self‑starter who can work independently.
- Data‑driven with a quantitative and qualitative outlook.
- Excellent organization skills and a solution‑oriented approach.
- Deep appreciation for brand culture and teamwork.
- Computer literate and proficient in MS Office packages.
- Willingness to travel up to 70% within the UK, with occasional trips in EMEA.
- Valid and clean driving licence.
- Formal education such as a University bachelor’s or master’s degree in business is desirable but not mandatory.
