Responsibilities:
- Schedule and manage appointments efficiently using relevant planning and response systems, ensuring all tasks are completed within client deadlines.
- Optimize engineers\’ workflows by developing and maintaining effective work routes to maximize their time and resources.
- Monitor and track job progress to meet all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and client expectations.
- Collaborate closely with clients, engineers, and internal teams to ensure smooth scheduling operations and resolve issues promptly.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Assist in training and onboarding new staff, ensuring they understand scheduling systems, processes, and responsibilities.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for efficiency and process optimization.
Essential Criteria:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
- Previous administrative experience, preferably in construction, regeneration, or responsive repairs environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective engagement with engineers, clients, and stakeholders.
- Problem-solving skills to address scheduling conflicts, last-minute changes, and resource challenges.
