Warehouse Operative – Bangor, Co. Down

Location: Bangor, Northern Ireland
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts

An established and growing business in Bangor is seeking a reliable and detail-focused Warehouse Operative to join their team. This is a hands-on, full-time role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, thrives in a team, and takes pride in maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload goods efficiently and accurately
• Unpack, inspect and quality-check incoming stock
• Replenish warehouse stock to meet customer demand quickly
• Assemble and pack kits/components to required standards
• Minimise incorrect picks and damaged items
• Maintain a clean, organised and hazard-free workspace
• Support regular stocktaking activities
• Follow all manual handling and safety procedures
• Complete quarterly online health & safety assessments
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily targets
• Carry out general warehouse duties as required

What We\’re Looking For:

• Strong literacy and numeracy skills
• Team player with good communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Proactive, adaptable and able to manage multiple tasks
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
• Deadline-driven with the ability to stay focused

Desirable (but not essential):

• Forklift licence
• Basic computer literacy
