We are currently recruiting for a Transport Manager to take ownership of transport operations at a busy Moira based depot. The Person

To be considered, you should have:

  • Previous experience in a Transport Manager, Logistics Manager, Fleet Manager, or similar role
  • A valid Transport Manager CPC qualification (essential)
  • Strong understanding of transport compliance, operator licence requirements, and driver regulations
  • Experience managing transport budgets, fleet performance, and operational KPIs
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop transport teams
  • Knowledge of transport planning systems, fleet management software, and reporting tools
  • Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • IOSH, NEBOSH, or similar health and safety qualifications would be advantageous
  • Exposure to telematics, route optimisation, or fleet efficiency programmes would be beneficial
