Training Contract (Trainee Solicitor)

What You\’ll Be Doing: Handle a broad caseload of residential and/or commercial property transactions from instruction to completion. Provide clear, tailored legal advice to a diverse client base, ensuring a smooth and efficient conveyancing process. Draft and review legal documentation, including contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage documents, in line with current legislation. Ensure full regulatory compliance, working within Law Society of Northern Ireland guidelines. Stay current on developments in property law and engage in ongoing professional development. What We\’re Looking For: A Qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland with solid experience in residential and/or commercial property transactions. A deep understanding of conveyancing compliance and risk management. Familiarity with conveyancing and case management systems (desirable).
