- Food-related qualification or demonstrable experience in a similar specification or technical role
- Proficient in computer applications, especially Excel and Word

What you'll do:
- Approve, maintain, and update finished product specifications ensuring compliance with customer, legislation, and group policies

- Collaborate with stakeholders to amend specifications and ensure data validation
- Prepare legal pack copies for packaging that meet all technical and legal requirements
- Upload specifications and approve artwork, working closely with design, production, and customer teams
- Maintain documentation such as nutrition data, validations, certificates, and supporting files
- Respond to customer queries and present specifications during audits or visits
- Support continuous improvement by staying updated on process changes, regulations, and customer requirements
