The Role

  • As a Telesales Representative, you'll be at the front line of new business generation, driving outbound activity and helping to build a strong sales pipeline for the wider team.
  • High-volume outbound calling to prospective business customers.
  • Following up on incoming leads and identifying quality opportunities.
  • Recording all activity and pipeline updates accurately on CRM systems.
  • Booking qualified meetings for senior sales consultants.
  • Working towards daily and weekly performance targets and KPIs.
  • Building rapport and maintaining strong relationships with B2B contacts.

About You

This role is open to motivated individuals who are keen to get into sales - experience is useful but not essential. You may come from retail, hospitality, customer service, or a graduate background, or already have some exposure to KPI-driven environments. The ideal candidate will have:
