Work Pattern: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm

We are working with an established and growing technology and telecommunications business that is looking to strengthen its technical support function by expanding their Technical Support team.

This role is a customer-focused role supporting business customers across a range of telecommunications and connectivity solutions. You will be responsible for investigating technical issues, diagnosing faults and providing timely resolutions, while working closely with internal technical, provisioning and customer-facing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first line technical support to business customers across telecommunications and connectivity services.
  • Investigate, diagnose and resolve technical issues relating to VoIP, telephony, broadband and associated network services.
  • Troubleshoot connectivity, voice and service-related faults through a structured approach.
  • Log, update and manage support tickets, ensuring accurate records of issues and resolutions.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the products and services supported by the business.

What you'll bring:

  • Previous experience in technical support, IT Support or helpdesk environments.
  • A good understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and connectivity troubleshooting.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical customers.
