Summary: VANRATH is supporting a returning client in Lisburn by recruiting a Talent Specialist for a manufacturing environment. The role focuses on attracting and hiring operational talent, working closely with hiring managers to provide a full recruitment service.
What do you need?
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, within manufacturing, supply chain, or operational functions.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of employment law, HR policies, and compliance requirements.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and relevant online platforms for recruitment.
What you will do each day:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for operational, supply chain, and manufacturing roles, ensuring timely and high-quality hires.
- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to define role requirements, workforce planning, and talent strategies.
- Source, attract, and engage candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other channels.
