The role is permanent, full-time , based in Limavady , working Monday to Friday. Salary Competitive salary (DOE) Excellent Benefits Package & Clear Progression Opportunities Role Overview We are seeking a dependable and organised Materials & Inventory Coordinator to take ownership of stock control, material distribution, and the efficient running of the stores function. This hands-on role will support both workshop and on-site operations, ensuring materials are in the right place at the right time to meet project demands. Main Duties Accept, check, and record all deliveries; maintain accurate stock records Ensure correct storage, labelling, and organisation of materials Allocate items to active projects and notify relevant teams when received Prepare outgoing goods and arrange transport as required Maintain a clean and orderly workshop and yard environment Operate forklift equipment for loading/unloading (training provided if needed) Liaise with suppliers regarding collections, deliveries, and schedules Support the introduction of lean stock control systems, including Kanban methods Work to all health, safety, and quality standards at all times Essential Criteria Experience in a stores, warehouse, or materials handling position Strong organisational skills and effective communication abilities Valid forklift licence (or willingness to undertake training) IT literate with experience using inventory software and Microsoft Office Full UK driving licence Familiarity with engineering or construction materials is an advantage For further information on this opportunity, or any other jobs in Belfast or wider Northern Ireland, please apply via the link below or contact Jack Groves via VANRATH.
