Client: An award-winning, leading, privately owned main contractor that has been operating for approximately 50 years. They have evolved from a smaller business to an innovative, reliable and flexible contractor that operates across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. The business works on new build, refurbishment and fitout projects across various sectors including education, commercial, healthcare, industrial, residential and restoration.
The Role: The business has a great opportunity for a Site Manager to join them on a permanent basis. They are looking for an experienced and versatile Site Manager that has a proven track record working for a main contractor on a range of projects across various sectors. Upcoming projects are in Omagh and Monaghan, so this role will suit a Site Manager who is able to work in these locations.
The Ideal Person:
- Degree or HND Qualified or other relevant qualifications
- Main Contractor background
- Track record as a No.1 Site Manager
- CSR card
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage deadlines
- Strong man management skills able to get the best out of site teams
- High level of IT literacy
- Able to travel to sites in Omagh and Monaghan
