Responsibilities
- Arranging site visits.
- Liaising daily with engineers and clients.
- Schedule technicians, engineers, and sub-contractors.
- Minimise client disruption, manage rescheduling, and maintain positive relationships.
- Ensure sub-contractor orders are within budget.
- Maximise productivity and reduce downtime.
- Maintain accurate purchase orders and procurement records.
- Keep work orders up to date in management systems.
- Maintain records of work orders and procurement.
- Provide monthly performance reports.
- Meet KPI targets.
- Train/mentor staff and advise management.
- Attend meetings, training, and conferences.
The Ideal Person
- Experience scheduling technicians/engineers/sub-contractors.
- Knowledge of building maintenance/property services terminology.
- IT/database proficiency (record keeping, task management).
- Team player with ability to work independently.
- Customer service experience (help desk/contact centre).
