Service Advisor - Conlig

VANRATH is recruiting a Service Advisor to join a well-established franchised dealership in the Conlig area. This is a customer-facing role within a busy Aftersales department, ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships and delivering a first-class service experience. You will be the key point of contact for customers throughout their Aftersales journey, handling enquiries both face-to-face and by phone in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Act as the main customer contact for service bookings, updates and follow-ups Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through proactive database management Promote Aftersales products and services including EVHCs and Service Plans Support dealership social media activity, including content creation and on-camera involvement Work closely with colleagues across departments to ensure a seamless customer experience What You'll Need Previous experience as a service advisor or in a similar customer-facing role within a franchised car dealership Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Confident, organised and able to manage a busy workload Full UK driving licence Good IT skills Experience with One-Link, fleet operations or Motability Accreditation would be a bonus but is not essential What's on Offer Competitive salary with bonus opportunities 30 days holiday (including statutory), increasing with service Company pension Manufacturer training and development Health, wellbeing and discount membership Permanent, full-time position Skills: automotive service advisor aftersales aftersales advisor automotive service conlig TPBN1_NI
