The Opportunity
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Marketing Executive looking to step into a broad, autonomous marketing role where they can make a genuine commercial impact. Reporting directly to the senior leadership team, you will take full responsibility for planning, delivering and continuously improving all marketing activity across the business. This is a true generalist role, combining strategic planning with hands-on execution across digital marketing, content creation, branding, events, communications and lead generation. Working closely with the sales and technical teams, you'll develop marketing initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, generate qualified leads and support the company's ambitious growth plans. This role offers significant scope to influence business direction and naturally evolve into a Marketing Manager position as the company continues to expand.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Create annual marketing plans, campaign calendars and measurable KPIs.
- Support business development activities through targeted marketing initiatives.
- Take ownership of the company's brand identity across all platforms.
- Ensure consistent messaging, tone of voice and visual identity.

- Minimum 5 years' experience in a broad marketing role.
- Experience developing and delivering marketing strategies.
- Strong digital marketing knowledge across multiple channels.
- Excellent content writing and copywriting skills.
- Experience managing websites and SEO.
- Strong social media marketing experience.
- Graphic design capability using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar.
- Experience creating marketing collateral for both digital and print.
- Video creation and editing experience.
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of the marketing function.
- Commercial awareness with an understanding of how marketing contributes to business growth.
Desirable Experience
- Previous experience within the technology, professional services or B2B sectors.
- Experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Mailchimp.
- Knowledge of Google Ads and LinkedIn advertising.
- Marketing qualification (CIM or equivalent).
- Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline.
