Our client is seeking an ambitious Corporate Finance Senior Manager to join one of Northern Ireland's most successful Deal Advisory teams. Recognised as the region's leading Corporate Finance practice, the team advises entrepreneurs, family-owned businesses, management teams and investors on some of Northern Ireland's most significant transactions. Working alongside highly experienced dealmakers, you will lead transactions across acquisitions, disposals, fundraising, valuations and strategic advisory assignments, while helping to drive the continued growth of the department.
The Role
As Corporate Finance Senior Manager, you will play a key role in leading and executing complex transactions, managing client relationships and supporting the development of the wider team. You will work closely with business owners, investors and senior stakeholders, providing commercially focused advice throughout the transaction lifecycle.
What You Will Do
- Lead the delivery of Corporate Finance transactions from initial engagement through to completion
- Manage acquisitions, disposals, management buyouts, fundraising and strategic advisory assignments
- Act as a trusted adviser to business owners, shareholders and investors
- Lead due diligence engagements and company valuation projects
- Develop and review complex financial models and transaction analysis
- Prepare and present high-quality reports, proposals and client recommendations

Requirements
- ACA, ACCA, CAI or equivalent professional qualification
- Significant experience within Corporate Finance, Transaction Services or Deal Advisory
- Proven track record of managing and delivering successful transactions
- Strong financial modelling and valuation experience
- Excellent commercial awareness and analytical skills
- Experience managing client relationships at senior stakeholder level
- Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and deliver to tight deadlines
- Strong report writing and presentation skills
- Experience managing and developing teams
- Demonstrable business development and networking capability
