About the Company Our client is a growing technology services provider delivering managed IT, cyber security, cloud, and digital transformation solutions across Northern Ireland.

With around 30 employees, the business has built a strong reputation for technical expertise and long-term client relationships.

Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Executive to become the company's sole marketing professional, taking full ownership of the marketing function and driving the business's brand and lead generation strategy.

The Opportunity This is a standalone marketing role, ideal for an experienced marketing generalist who enjoys both strategy and hands-on delivery.

Reporting directly to the senior leadership team, you will have full responsibility for planning, delivering, and continuously improving all marketing activity across the business.

Working closely with the sales and technical teams, you'll develop campaigns that strengthen brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support commercial growth.

With no internal marketing team beneath you, you'll have the autonomy to make decisions, introduce new ideas, and shape how marketing supports the wider business.

As the company continues to grow, there is a clear opportunity for the role to develop into a Marketing Manager position.

Key Responsibilities Own and deliver the company's marketing strategy.

Create annual marketing plans, campaign calendars, and KPIs.

Manage and develop the company brand across all channels.

Oversee website content, SEO, and performance.

Plan and deliver email marketing campaigns.

Produce engaging digital and print marketing content.

Create and edit basic video content.

Coordinate exhibitions, networking events, webinars, and client events.

Track campaign performance and recommend improvements.

About You Essential 5+ years' experience in a broad, standalone or senior marketing role.

Experience developing and delivering marketing strategies.

Strong digital marketing knowledge across multiple channels.

Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.

Experience managing websites and SEO.

Strong social media marketing experience.

Graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.

Experience producing marketing collateral and video content.

Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.

Comfortable working independently and taking full ownership of marketing.

Commercial mindset with an understanding of how marketing drives business growth.

CIM qualification or Marketing degree.
