Due to continued growth, the firm is seeking a Senior Conveyancing Solicitor to lead and strengthen its busy property team. The Role
The successful candidate will take a senior position within the conveyancing department, managing a broad range of residential property matters and providing guidance and supervision to junior team members. You will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of service delivery across all transactions, supported by a strong administrative team.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage a busy caseload of conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion.
- Advise on residential sales, purchases, remortgages, leases, and landlord/tenant matters.
- Supervise and mentor junior solicitors and conveyancing assistants.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, estate agents, lenders, and mortgage advisors.
- Ensure compliance with professional, regulatory, and client service standards.
- Contribute to the continued growth and development of the conveyancing department.
The Person
- Qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland with significant experience in residential conveyancing.
- Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently.
- Excellent technical knowledge and attention to detail.
- Strong communication, leadership, and client relationship skills.
- Proactive, organised, and commercially aware, with a commitment to delivering excellent service.
