What you'll do

  • Support tenants daily, fostering a positive, safe environment within the scheme
  • Liaise with tenants, their families, and external agencies such as Social Services and health professionals
  • Ensure the smooth running of the scheme by following safety and operational protocols
  • Promote a welcoming community atmosphere and tenants' independence and well-being
  • Maintain accurate records and report any issues promptly
