- Competitive pro-rata salary of £18,679 - £22,238 per annum
- 22 days annual leave plus 5 extra days after 5 years' service, plus 12 public holidays

- Prior experience in social care or supported housing is desirable

- Knowledge of safeguarding policies and health and safety regulations
- Enhanced Access NI clearance
What you'll do
- Support tenants daily, fostering a positive, safe environment within the scheme
- Liaise with tenants, their families, and external agencies such as Social Services and health professionals
- Ensure the smooth running of the scheme by following safety and operational protocols
- Promote a welcoming community atmosphere and tenants' independence and well-being
- Maintain accurate records and report any issues promptly
