This position is based in the company\’s Strabane office. Monday – Friday position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for after-sales and customer service, managing inquiries, pricing queries, and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate order processing and dispatch, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and clear communication with customers.
  • Manage and verify pricing, quotations, and commercial terms, ensuring consistency between quotes, orders, and invoices.
  • Liaise with sales and finance teams to confirm pricing, discounts, and account details as required.
  • Support the sales team with customer quotations, order follow-up, and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer, pricing, and order information in ERP/CRM systems.
  • Prepare and analyse reports on service performance, order trends, and pricing accuracy.
  • Identify and support process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively across departments to ensure alignment between customer commitments, pricing, and operational capabilities.
