VANRATH is recruiting a Sales Representative for a growing Belfast business. The Role
- Contact existing customers to build relationships and grow account spend
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross sell across the product range
- Cold call for new business where you see the opportunity, with uncapped bonus attached
- Work to agreed call, activity and revenue targets
- Keep the CRM accurate and up to date
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Work closely with the wider sales team to hit individual and team targets
The Ideal Candidate
- Around one year of experience in telesales, internal sales, customer service or a similar phone based role
- Confident on the phone with a positive, resilient approach
- Motivated by target and bonus, with the drive to go after new business
- Good communicator who builds rapport easily
- Organised, with sound IT skills
- Keen to progress, ideally toward a field sales role in time
