Flexible Working Hours – Office based in Derry / Londonderry APPLICATIONS CLOSE AROUND 3RD FEBRUARY – STARTING DATE AIMED FOR AROUND MID MARCH Salary £21,800 – £23,500 + Uncapped Bonus + Progression Opportunities & 5* Training And Development – Really exciting position with tonnes of growth potential… (if coming from the insurance industry the salary is flexible) Responsibilities You will undergo a custom training programme to enable you to deliver our complete personal lines service to our customers by giving knowledgeable, tailored advice on our range of products, selling and cross selling these within company set sales targets and managed through various performance metrics. You will assist customers with their queries to include mid-term adjustments and look after their renewals. Purpose: Via inbound and outbound call, selling and cross selling a range of personal lines insurance products within company set sales targets (individual and overall branch/company target) To provide the highest standards of customer care, service, and client retention. To give advice to customers, explain why a particular product or provider would best meet the demands and needs of the customer, and give recommendations tailored to the customer's requirements. To always ensure best practice in line current legal and regulatory requirements General Duties: Adhering to FCA compliance. Providing advice to new and existing customers, renewals, queries etc. Cross selling, policy adjustments, dealing with complaints Ideal Person: Experience within a Sales position, or a very KPI focused customer service role Insurance experience is preferred but definitely not essential Ability to communicate effectively at all levels using a variety of media.
