VANRATH are assisting with the recruitment of a Property Sales Executive for a leading Property focused company. This is a Full-time position - Flexibility can be offered on hours if required. Permanent position - Monday - Friday - Position of work is Glengormley.
Salary: Fully Negotiable + Fantastic Benefits package.
Responsibilities:
- Market Analysis: Assist in sourcing and assessing information to establish the open market value of properties.
- Legal Coordination: Coordinate with our legal team throughout the property acquisition process.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Liaise with surveyors, agents, and finance providers to streamline property acquisitions.
- Sales & Lettings Communication: Communicate effectively with agents in the sales and letting process.
- Legal Process Monitoring: Monitor the legal process with our solicitors.
- Certification Management: Keep up to date with certification requirements for our rental portfolio.
- Rent Management: Monitor rent payments and plan rent review periods.
The Ideal Person:
- Experience in similar role.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Confident with computers and skilled in Microsoft Office.
- Proficiency in Excel.
