Our client is in the financial and professional services industry and they have been evolving. They are now looking to bring in a Sales Director. The successful candidate will drive sales strategies and teams while being involved in high-level sales. This is a senior role, and you will need director experience to be considered for this role.

Salary: Negotiable basic salary + up to 20% bonus + vehicle. Fantastic benefits package included as well as a hybrid vehicle, parking on site, and extra annual leave.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience at director level (2-3 years+ ideal)
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation
  • Experience with CRM software and planning/reporting tools
  • In-depth understanding of the market structure and trends would be ideal, but not essential
  • Excellent negotiation and leadership skills
  • Strong decision-making abilities
  • Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field would be ideal
  • Ideally coming with a financial services or professional services background
