Responsibilities:

Customer Service
Respond to enquiries via phone, email, and in person. Resolve issues and provide accurate product or service information.

Order Processing
Accurately process orders via phone, email, and online. Handle inbound and outbound calls to ensure timely fulfilment.

Administrative Support
Manage price files, invoices, and customer records. Prepare sales reports and assist with daily office tasks. Support the sales team with scheduling, reporting, and documentation.

Sales Support
Prepare samples, order confirmations, and materials. Provide timely support to help the sales team meet targets.

Data Analysis
Analyse sales data, spot trends, and support strategy development.

The Ideal Person:

• Experience in a similar role in Food / FMCG industry highly preferred
• Strong administration skills/Microsoft Office skills
• Able to multitask in a fast paced and complex environment with the ability to work to tight deadlines with a flexible attitude
• Good relationship builder and team player who can work unsupervised
