VANRATH are assisting with the recruitment of a Compliance Executive for a leading FMCG company, that places immense value on their staff who are based in Moira. Working From Home Permanent position. Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 + Fantastic Benefits Package & Salary Reviews. This role requires a driving license as there is travel once every two weeks to 9 sites in Ulster.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement policies that align with company values, the Group Risk register and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor internal controls and processes to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Ensure effective reporting systems are in place for tracking compliance issues and potential risks.
- Develop and deliver user on-boarding training around IT and Cyber.
- Develop and implement policies that align with company developments around cyber and general IT changes.
Requirements:
- Previous hands-on experience in a dynamic risk/compliance role, ideally within a cross border multilingual environment.
- Previous experience of application for EMI (Electronic Money Institution) licensing and FCA (Financial Conduct Authority) oversight protocols in the UK.
- Minimum 5 years' experience within Financial services/Payments/Fintech environment within the UK.
- Clear understanding of the current regulatory and compliance environment.
