VANRATH HR is delighted to be partnering exclusively with a leading local Healthcare provider, wishing to appoint a Recruitment Specialist based in Armagh City. Working closely and strategically with the senior management team and the Recruitment Officers, you will be a key member of an ambitious, driven and innovative people focused department, sourcing the best candidates to support the growth of the workforce across the organisation. Responsibilities To maximise and grow applications to assist the organisation in increasing its workforce levels to meet current and existing service needs. Collaborating with HR Lead to understand staffing needs, develop a proactive strategy for maximum applicant engagement and audience exposure Maximise use of employee employment search engines ensuring that we remain prominent in applicant searches, using technology to proactively identify and secure CV's before competitors establish links to local schools/colleges, Councils, community networks to ensure that our vacancies reach all applicable audiences. Identify key events in both NI and ROI relating to the Health & Social Care and Nursing Sectors and attend same for purposes of sector update on recruitment and to network with the potential of raising organisational profile and to identify potential applicants/employees at these events Identify problem areas in respect of attracting staff and establish proactive plans to overcome blockages in respect of applicant return The Candidate A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar recruitment role where you have been responsible for growing a workforce through proactive applicant search strategies Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks effectively Conversant in Social Media Platforms for purposes of marketing and PR in respect of job vacancies Competent in the use of employment search engines for maximising applicant return and securing applications Full and current UK/ROI driving licence The Package Excellent salary and benefits on offer For further information on this HR vacancy, or any other Human Resource related job in Northern Ireland, please contact Emma Hall (Assoc.
