The Role
Reporting directly to the Partners, you will lead the firm's tax function while acting as a trusted advisor to a broad portfolio of clients.

What You Will Do
- Lead and develop the firm's tax advisory offering.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with an established portfolio of clients.
- Provide strategic corporate tax advice across a range of sectors.
- Advise on R&D Tax Relief claims and innovation-related incentives.
- Identify opportunities to expand services within existing client relationships.
- Support business development initiatives and contribute to the firm's growth strategy.
- Mentor and develop junior members of the team.
- Work closely with business owners, entrepreneurs and senior stakeholders.
- Contribute to technical excellence and best practice across the firm.

Requirements
- CTA, ACA, ACCA, ATT or equivalent qualification.
- Strong background in Corporate Tax.
- Experience within R&D Tax Relief would be highly advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for clients.
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships with business owners and senior stakeholders.
- Previous leadership experience within practice preferred.
- Industry candidates with strong corporate tax or R&D expertise will also be considered.
- Strong communication and business development skills.
