About you

  • Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Confident working with databases and spreadsheets
  • Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
  • Experience processing invoices, purchase orders or financial administration
  • Ability to accurately input and maintain data
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Professional approach when communicating with internal teams, suppliers and customers
  • Previous experience within a Quality, Technical, Laboratory or manufacturing environment would be advantageous

What you'll do

  • Provide general administrative support to the Quality team
  • Maintain and update testing schedules and associated records
  • Input external test results into the relevant database
  • Ensure information is accurately recorded and maintained
  • Distribute test results and reports to relevant internal departments, Nutritionists and customers
  • Compile monthly spreadsheets, reports and supporting documentation
  • Maintain accurate electronic filing systems
  • Support the processing and administration of invoices from external laboratories
  • Generate purchase order numbers and enter invoices onto the relevant system
  • Liaise with external laboratories regarding testing, invoices and sample information
  • Assist with compiling information for monthly meetings and management reporting
  • Carry out other administrative duties as required to support the Quality and wider business functions
