Performance Testing Manager – Build & Shape a New Function
We\’re seeking an experienced Performance Testing Manager to help establish and grow a performance testing capability for a fast-growing payments technology business. This is a unique opportunity to design, implement, and build a team that will drive the company\’s high-growth, high-scale ambitions.

What we\’re looking for:

10+ years in performance testing of enterprise apps, including 8+ years in a lead role.

Strong hands-on experience with tools like JMeter, BlazeMeter, K6, Kibana, etc.

Expertise in performance testing APIs, web apps, and databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MSSQL).

Background in infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, etc).
