VANRATH are working with a well-established multiple entity company in Cookstown that is currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Payable Administrator to join their finance team.

What You'll Do

  • Processing supplier invoices in line with company procedures
  • Investigating and resolving invoice or payment queries with suppliers and internal teams
  • Ensuring timely approval and payment of invoices within agreed terms
  • Reconciling supplier statements and maintaining accurate records
  • Managing petty cash across multiple sites in Sterling and Euros
  • Supporting the finance team during busy periods and assisting with reporting
  • Contributing to ad hoc finance tasks and departmental projects as required

About You

  • Previous experience in an accounts payable or purchase ledger role
  • Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
  • Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to changing priorities
  • A problem-solving approach and willingness to support other areas of the team as needed
