About your next employer

Our client focuses on managing the flow of digital/security solutions from manufacturers to end customers through a network of distributors. You'll collaborate across distribution, design, and external stakeholders to drive smoother route-to-market decisions, reduce lead-time friction, and keep pricing and supply aligned. This is a key, hands-on role reporting into the programme/supply chain function, where your impact is felt directly in customer delivery and project outcomes.

About you

To be successful in this Programme Manager role, you will bring:

  • Confident stakeholder management experience, including leading meetings and tracking actions to completion
  • Strong data analysis and forecasting ability (including demand planning support)
  • Proven capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
  • Demonstrable problem-solving and risk mitigation skills
  • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements relevant to distribution

Nice to have skills

  • Experience working with bill of materials (BoM) and regional tracking for forecasting
  • Background in pricing governance, including quarterly review cycles and tracking against estimates
  • Experience supporting special projects alongside BAU

Other requirements

  • Willingness to engage in regular meetings (including weekly distributor and design team sessions)
  • Ability to travel if required to support distributor/manufacturer engagement (travel requirements are not specified-please confirm at application stage)
