Client: An award-winning architectural practice based in Belfast, with a proud reputation for delivering high-quality, tailored architectural solutions. Specialising in healthcare and education projects, they offer a responsive and personal service built on excellence and creative design.
The Role: The Project Architect will play a key leadership role in shaping the built environment across Northern Ireland and beyond. Lead exciting, technically complex projects, from concept through to completion, with the opportunity to influence design outcomes across the UK and Ireland. Working within a collaborative studio environment, you will:
- Lead project delivery and coordinate multidisciplinary design teams
- Host client and design team meetings
- Regularly attend site visits to review progress and coordinate technical information
- Champion design excellence and technical rigor across all project stages
The Ideal Person:
- Registered Architect with the ability to carry out the full range of professional services
- Minimum of 7 years' post-registration experience within an architectural practice
- Healthcare and/or Education project experience
- At least 2 years' experience leading major capital projects as a Design Team Leader
- Strong design sensibility combined with robust technical skills
- Proficiency in Revit
- Solid working knowledge of Building Regulations and CDM Regulations
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to mentor junior team members
