Client VANRATH are recruiting a Programme Manager for a major organisation based in Greater Belfast. This is an excellent opportunity for a Programme Manager to play a key role, at this point in the organisations transformation.
Project: Restructuring a Directorate.
The Ideal Person
- The Programme Director is seeking a hands-on individual with at least 7 years experience to assist in prioritising, defining and driving delivery of the projects roadmap.
- Highly developed change management skills underpinned by theory and experience of successfully managing change including service improvement and modernisation.
- Demonstrate evidence of personal responsibility for achieving significant measurable business improvements, at an organisational level, across a range of management activities in pursuit of strategic corporate objectives.
- Demonstrate evidence of financial budgetary management.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for supporting the development and delivery of an enterprise-scale solutions.
- Ensure that Programme and Project methodologies are rigorously applied to all aspects of the Programme.
- Responsible for alignment of project progress against business case objectives/strategy.
- Leads the on-going monitoring and review of the programme for impact on current business activities and the strategic benefits to be realised.
Remuneration: £62k plus holiday pay and pension.
